Improved Documentation, Smarter Reporting, Enhanced Learning Management and Improved Content Creation – Datafisher LMS Feature Update
We’re pleased to introduce a new set of enhancements to Datafisher LMS. This release focuses on improved documentation, reporting and analytics, streamlined administration, enhanced learner experience, expanded integration capabilities, and significant improvements to the Datafisher Authoring Tool. The 1st AI features are added to Datafisher LMS.
What’s New?
1. Documentation & Localization Improvements
All current LMS and Visitor Administration features are now documented and available through the Datafisher LMS Help Guide and Datafisher AI Bot (on the right corner of admin panel). Documentation coverage has been significantly expanded to improve self-service support, administrator onboarding, and feature discoverability.
Key improvements include:
- Comprehensive documentation for all major LMS features and workflows.
- Documentation (EN) translated and maintained in four languages:
- Finnish (FI)
- Swedish (SV)
- Estonian (ET)
- Polish (PL)
- Improved consistency between Admin Portal and User Portal language versions.
- Ongoing work to align all administration interface languages with the languages available in the user portal.
- Expanded documentation coverage for Portal, Visitor Management, Visitor Administration, and Internationalization features.
- Foundation created for future integration documentation, including:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- SCIM Provisioning
- Sympa
- HiBob
- Other supported integrations

2. Smarter Reporting and Analytics
Reporting has received several improvements designed to help administrators gain better visibility into training progress and compliance status.

- AI-powered Reporting Assistant (Pilot)
- Administrators can use natural language questions to explore training data.
- Examples:
- “Show completions by country”
- “How many Code of Conduct completions were recorded this month?”

- Personal information is excluded from AI processing.
- Course Progress Reporting
- Reports can now include course progress information, making it easier to identify learners who have started but not yet completed training.
- Additional Report Formats
- More export and reporting format options are now available.
- Improved Report Clarity
- Several report calculations and display formats have been refined to improve consistency and understanding.
